Chris Vulovic

Chris is the CIO of Classified Ad Ventures and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the businesses in the CAV incubator. She also helps clients of Classified Ad Ventures by providing technology and general operational mentoring, along with advising beyond technology on areas such as marketing and customer service.

Chris has spent the last 15 years focusing on technology and internet strategies for rapid growth organisations. For almost six years, Chris worked as the CIO of the REA Group to transition a single website into a high performance international platform operating 22 real estate advertising sites in 10 countries with more than 8 million unique browsers per month.

In that time REA experienced growth from a peak of 2 million pages per day in 2003 to 25 million pages per day in 2008. Her team of 180 people was responsible for all product development, corporate technical support and operation of all data centres.

Prior to being the CIO of the REA Group, Chris has served as CIO at Star Caster Network in Los Angeles, CA; as Director, eCommerce in consulting for Cyberplex and sales engineering positions with AT&Ts Global Services division in San Francisco, CA.
